Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 1 - 3 working days

  • Europe: 3 - 5 working days

  • North America: 5 - 7 working days

  • Rest of the world: 5 - 14 working days

You will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been shipped. We'll do our very best to meet all estimated delivery dates, however, this item is sent using Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. Therefore due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or during busy times, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us through our storefront so that we can look into this as quickly as possible for you.

Shipping Costs


Shipping on all UK orders over £20.00 is free! For orders below this price a shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout. This is based on the value of your order.

For orders outside of the UK a shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout. This is based on the value of your order. Please note that for customers outside of the UK, ​import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply to your order. These fees vary by country and in some cases may not be required at all, but please check your local government agency for these costs. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival and unfortunately we don't have any control over them.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch returns back to us within 30 days of delivery.

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order by emailing

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged. A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item has arrived damaged please contact us via email as soon as possible. Please also provide photographs of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue and send a replacement.
