All orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

UK Shipping Costs

Shipping on all UK orders over £20.00 is FREE!

For orders below £20.00 a shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout. This is based on the size and weight of your order.​

UK Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom standard delivery: 2 - 4 working days
• United Kingdom express delivery: 1 - 2 working days

You will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been shipped. We'll do our very best to meet all estimated delivery dates, however, all items are sent using Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. Once dispatched, we have no control of the speed of the delivery, so if you need your items for a certain date, please order with lots of notice.

If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can look into it as quickly as possible for you.​

International Shipping Costs

A shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout for all international orders. This is based on the size and weight of your order.​

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK (excluding USA) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, clearance charges, or fees levied by the destination country. Emily Nash Illustration is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping times may vary due to customs procedures outside of our control.

For customers ordering to the USA: all tariffs and duties are pre-paid and included at the checkout, you won’t incur additional customs fees. Shipment times may vary due to customs procedures outside of our control.

International Delivery Estimates

• Europe: 3 - 5 working days
• North America: 5 - 7 working days
• Rest of the world: 5 - 14 working days
  Strikes and industrial action can cause delays to deliveries, which is not accounted for in the delivery estimates above. Please order with plenty of time.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch returns back to us within 30 days of delivery.​

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order by emailing hello@emilynashillustration.com.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged. You will be provided with a return address once arrangements have been made to return the item. A full refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item has arrived damaged please contact us via email as soon as possible. Please also provide photographs of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue and send a replacement.
